Being from Pennsylvania, the major stores for fan buying are (big box home improvment store) or (another big box home improvement store). I was not impressed with any products there. My parents visit Venice, Florida for the winter. While visiting my parents, I went into Dan"s Fan City on Tamiami. Well, as soon as I entered the store the friendly sales people met me. BAM!!! I was sold. I purchased 3 indoor fans and 1 outdoor fan. My husband and I are totally pleased with the performance of these fans. They are working today as if they were purchased today. They are quiet, dependable, sturdy fans. When and if we ever replace these fans, you can be sure we will make the trip to Dan's. Thanks Venice salespeople for such a wonderful fan buying experience. We originally went to (big box home improvement store) to look for fans. We had chosen (big box home improvement store) as we knew they would arrange for installation. But we have special needs as our ceilings are quite low. They could not answer any question but could read the box to us (which, frankly I could do myself). After finding out that Dan's does arrange for installation we went to a Dan's Fan City store in Lakeland, FL. The salesman, Richard Hecker, was great. He understood our special needs, answered all our questions and directed us to the exact fans we needed. We bought two fans and they are now installed and operating great.

We purchased our fans about 10 years ago from Dan's fan city in Orlando Florida. We had not had any trouble with our fans but due to severe lightning storms in our area the capacitors on a few of our fans had blown out. We visited Home Depot and Lowe's to see if we could fix the part ourselves however they did not carry this specific part. We had remembered that their was a new store location that had opened up on Colonial Dr in Orlando so we decided to go visit them. The two gentleman who were working there on the weekends were very kind. Not only did they tell us what was wrong with our fans but they also replaced the capacitors on the head units of the fans for free. I was very pleased with their customer loyalty and the way they handled our situation. Sometimes I think that customer service is only a myth however even after 10 years your company has shown the true meaning of customer service. I am very glad to be your customer and I hope that the two gentleman working at Dan's Fan City on Colonial Dr. Orlando, Fl are aware of their outstanding service. Thank You

This was the first time I had visited a Dan's Fan City or a specialty fan showroom. For a fan collector like myself I have a very discriminated taste for particular fans with good 188 X 15mm and 188 X 20mm motors or larger., at the store #110 in Semoran Blvd. and Colonial Drive. Since I knew very little about Gulf Coast Fans, the manager, Neil Sapoff took time to show me the fans that offered the larger motors and the many decor combinations that you can create. I ended up purchasing a Futura with Chrome accents and 56-inch Glossy Black blades., a Chrome Dixie Belle with 36-inch Blue Twin Star Sail Coat blades., and a Brushed Steel Raindance with 52-inch Sail Coat blades. I was very satisfied with my purchases and I will certainly go back to this amazing store., After all, I want to get a few more of those amazing fans for my private collection. Dan's Fan City is the store that cares.

I bought an Atlantis fan from the Ocoee store a couple of weeks ago. It had a significant wobble on it after installation, which I reported on a survey that came with the fan. I double checked all my connections and couldn't see anything wrong with the installation. I went back to the Ocoee store and spoke with Herb about the problem this afternoon. We went over all the possible solutions and decided that a faulty blade arm was probably at fault. Herb handed me a new set of five and I went home and checked them all and sure enough found one that was at a different angle than the others. I replaced it and the wobble was gone! Please know that I am satisfied with the solution and the fan. Herb did a great job and is very knowledgeable about his products. Thanks for standing by your products and doing the right thing. I love the fan as it moves so much more air than my previous "designer" fan I bought and makes sitting on the back porch pleasant! Thanks again,

Just wanted to let you know that I visited your store on Hwy. 50 #205 on Saturday looking for a replacement glass piece for a (competitor's) fan that we have. We bought one and took it home and found it didn't fit. We took it back and your assistant manager, Doug Jenkins was so helpful and kind that we had to let you know. He pleasantly refunded our money and even went out to your dumpster and retrieved the old broken glass piece that we thought we didn't need anymore. Even though we weren't able to buy anything, he was still so nice. We will certainly go back to your store for any future fan purchases. Thank you!

I really appreciate the great service that Dans Fans employees gave me and I just love the idea of creating your own fan. I bought 5 Futuras, all with different blades and finishes.
